Asking for referrals may seem old hat, but there's a reason it's so cliched...it works! f you're not asking for a referral from every customer, you're missing out on at least 5% bump in business. Fortunately, technology makes it easier than ever to automate asking for referrals so that you can focus on what you do best. Even with automated referral technology, there's simply no replacement for the building the practice of asking into your everyday business operations.
6. Get those reviews
Another tremendous way to boost your online profile is by always asking customers to review your organization online, preferably through Google or Facebook. Between these two platforms, they cover almost every potential customer in your area, meaning that when people are searching for what you sell, they're probably doing it on Google or Facebook. The more reviews you, the more likely you are to be found.
